These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern scrubsspanish.com and the Scrubs Spanish iPhone app, published by MegaAutomation LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or app, you agree to these Terms.

Educational use only

Scrubs Spanish is a language-learning tool. It is not a medical device, not an interpreter service, and not a substitute for a qualified human interpreter. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, or emergency communication where a mistake could cause harm. You are responsible for how you use what you practice at work.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own professional development, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Scrubs Spanish Pro subscriptions

The app may offer an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks all modules and a higher daily live-roleplay limit. A free tier is available without a subscription. Exact prices appear in the App Store before you buy.

• Payment. Charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal. The subscription renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before that end.
• Manage or cancel. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Restore. Profile → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
• Trial. If a free trial is offered, unused time is forfeited if you subscribe, where Apple’s rules require it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app or site: no attempts to disrupt our services, scrape or reverse engineer beyond what’s allowed by law, or use the product for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer

The site and app are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that every phrase is free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegaAutomation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or app.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
